Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the United Kingdom and the United States only.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Standard delivery then takes 7 to 14 business days, so most orders arrive within 9 to 16 business days of ordering.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is $4.99, and free on orders over $45. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. UK and EU customers also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel for any reason.
How do I start a return?
Email support@maverikaura.store with your order number and reason. We reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
Who pays for return postage?
If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we cover it. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is your responsibility.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to post the funds.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email a photo of the damage with your order number within 14 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or full refund, and in most cases you will not need to return it.

Are your products UK plug compatible?
Most items are USB powered and universally compatible. Any mains-powered products include a UK-standard adapter.
Do your products have a warranty?
All products carry a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects, alongside your statutory rights.
