These Terms and Conditions govern your use of maverikaura.store and any purchase you make from us. By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, and product packaging may vary. Dimensions and specifications are provided by our suppliers and are approximate.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale or limit quantities at any time.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are set in US dollars (USD) and are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where required. If you are shopping from the United Kingdom, prices are converted and shown in your local currency; the exact amount charged is confirmed at checkout before payment.

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the point of order.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund rather than supply the product at the incorrect price.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We may decline an order for reasons including product unavailability, a pricing error, a suspected fraudulent transaction, or a delivery address outside the countries we serve.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@maverikaura.store. We can usually accommodate changes before dispatch, but not afterwards.

5. Delivery

We ship to the United Kingdom and the United States only. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days of dispatch. Full details, rates and tracking information are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

You may return any item within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. In addition, if you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

7. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in line with your legal rights. Contact us with your order number and a photograph of the issue and we will resolve it promptly. You will not be charged for returning a faulty item.

8. Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity carried out under your account. Please tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

9. Acceptable Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it to transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape or copy our content for commercial use, impersonate another person, or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the site.
